Connect ChatGPT

Connect ChatGPT to Zoie as a custom connector so it can read and update your CRM data.

What you'll need​

  • A Zoie account with access to the business you want to connect.
  • ChatGPT on a plan/surface that supports custom connectors (MCP). Custom connectors are typically available in ChatGPT's Settings under Connectors.

Steps​

  1. Open ChatGPT's connector settings. In ChatGPT, go to Settings → Connectors (chatgpt.com → Settings → Connectors).

    Start from Zoie instead

    In Zoie you can go to Settings → ChatGPT and click Add Account — it opens ChatGPT's connectors page and reminds you of the URL.

  2. Add a custom connector and enter the Zoie MCP URL exactly:

    https://mcp.zoie.ai

    No path, no trailing slash. (Use https://dev-mcp.zoie.ai or https://beta-mcp.zoie.ai if that matches your Zoie environment — see the overview.)

  3. Authorize on the Zoie consent screen. ChatGPT redirects you to Zoie. Sign in if prompted, then:

    • Choose which business to connect.
    • Review and approve the requested permissions (see Permissions & scopes).
    • Click Authorize.

  4. You're connected. ChatGPT shows the Zoie connector as available, and the connection appears in Zoie under Settings → ChatGPT. Enable the connector in the chat composer (tools/connectors menu) when you want ChatGPT to use it.

Try it​

"Using Zoie, book a 30-minute consultation with Alex Rivera tomorrow at 10am and add a note that they're interested in the premium plan."

Manage or disconnect​

Open Settings → ChatGPT in Zoie to review the connected account, inspect its activity log, or revoke access at any time.

OpenAI's connector UI changes often

The exact location of custom-connector settings in ChatGPT moves as OpenAI iterates. If the deep link above lands on the general Connectors page, look for an Add / Custom connector option there and paste the same URL.
