Connect Claude
Connect Claude to Zoie so it can work with your leads, conversations, appointments, and campaigns.
What you'll need
- A Zoie account with access to the business you want to connect.
- Claude (web at claude.ai or the desktop app) on a plan that supports custom connectors.
Steps
-
Open Claude's connector settings. In Claude, go to Settings → Connectors, or open claude.ai/customize/connectors directly.
Start from Zoie insteadIn Zoie you can go to Settings → Claude and click Add Account — it opens Claude's connectors page and reminds you of the URL to paste.
-
Add a custom connector and enter the Zoie MCP URL exactly:
https://mcp.zoie.aiNo path, no trailing slash. (Use
https://dev-mcp.zoie.aiorhttps://beta-mcp.zoie.aiif that's where your Zoie data lives — see the overview.) -
Authorize on the Zoie consent screen. Claude redirects you to Zoie. Sign in if prompted, then:
- Choose which business to connect.
- Review and approve the permissions Claude is requesting (see Permissions & scopes). You can leave out permissions you don't want to grant.
- Click Authorize.
-
You're connected. Claude returns to its connectors screen and shows Zoie as connected. The new connection also appears in Zoie under Settings → Claude.
Try it
Start a chat in Claude and ask something that needs your CRM, for example:
"Using Zoie, list the leads created this week that I haven't replied to."
Claude will call the Zoie tools and answer from your live data. The first time it uses a tool, Claude may ask you to confirm.
Manage or disconnect
Open Settings → Claude in Zoie to see the connected account, review its activity log, or revoke access. Revoking immediately stops Claude from reaching your data.
Zoie groups connections by the client name the assistant registers. A Claude connection occasionally registers under a generic name and lands under Settings → Other MCP connectors instead. See Troubleshooting.
