AI agents
Zoie's AI agents can handle conversations and phone calls — answering leads, booking appointments, and following up — using your business knowledge.
This guide is expanding — overview for now.
Agent types
Agents specialize by job: inbound (reply to incoming messages), outbound (run outreach), follow-up (chase leads), and widget (handle website chat).
Configuring an agent
- General — name, icon, description, and type.
- AI model — choose the model and tune behavior (system prompt, creativity, limits).
- Knowledge base — give the agent documents, website content, and FAQs to ground its answers.
- Skills — enable the tools/actions the agent can take (e.g. book an appointment, update a lead).
- Voice & calling — pick a voice and assign a phone number for voice agents.
- Activity & usage — review conversations, performance, and usage.
Going live
Test the agent in a diagnostics/test mode, then use the go-live flow to activate it. Monitor its activity and refine over time.
